Ray Fisher's Cyborg confirmed to appear in the upcoming 'FLASH' movie.

According to the film’s producer, Barbara Muschietti, Ray Fisher's CYBORG will appear in the upcoming FLASH movie.

Recently, a fan reached out to Muschietti on Instagram, asking her not to forget Cyborg in the film. To some surprise, Muschietti replied, “obvio,” which translates to obviously. So it seems that Fisher’s Cyborg will play some role in the film. It remains to be seen wheather he will play a big role in the movie or just a cameo. The movie will follow the 'FLASHPOINT' storyline which will be different from the comics as confirmed by Director Andy Muschietti.

Last year, Muschietti spoke about his iteration of the Scarlet Speedster in an interview with Collider. “What captivated me about The Flash is the human drama in it,” the director stated. “The human feelings and emotions that play in the drama [of it]. It’s going to be fun, too. I can’t promise that there will be any horror [elements in it], really, but it’s a beautiful human story.”

According to the previous reports, Zack Snyder had planned a 'FLASHPOINT' storyline for the 'FLASH' movie before he left DCEU after a family tragedy which would have connected well with his 'JUSTICE LEAGUE' movie. But after his departure, Warner Bros. shifted their gear and announced a solo origin movie for 'FLASH'. They took DCEU in a new direction with light hearted and low budget movies like 'SHAZAM' and 'BIRDS OF PREY'.

Now that we are going to get Zack Snyder's JUSTICE LEAGUE, have Warner Bros. changed the direction of DCEU back to the original?
